North Mason Chamber has been serving the business, non-profit and community members since 1967. Chamber membership is a proven investment designed to grow your business and create a stronger, cohesive business environment.
The North Mason Chamber’s primary service area of representation encompasses; Allyn, Belfair, Dewatto, Grapeview, Tahuya, Union and Victor, with extending representation in Shelton, Bremerton and Port Orchard. We are here to inform, educate and advocate for chamber members on economic growth, National, State, regional and local issues that impact business and community.
Benefits of Membership
Weekly “HEADLINES” Newsletter – Members will receive a weekly email about coming events, job openings and programs that directly relate to and affect the North Mason County community.
New Member Orientation – An informal welcome for all new members presents an opportunity to meet other new members and introduce your business.
Business Referrals – On a daily basis, the Chamber receives requests for recommendations on goods and services to be purchased in the North Mason area. We refer these newcomers, tourists, residents and businesses to Chamber members exclusively.
Newcomer/Visitor Information – The Chamber houses two Visitor Information Centers – one in Belfair at our Chamber/Belfair Licensing offices, and one in Union at Hunter Farms. We promote members to thousands of residents, tourists and visitors each year. Chamber members are encouraged to place promotional material and/or brochures in the Chamber lobby, which also serves as the Visitor Information Center for North Mason County.
Conference/Meeting room – The Chamber’s conference room is available to members holding off-site staff meetings and presentations (seating up to 6). All requested dates must be confirmed by the Chamber before reservations are set.
Brochure Display and Distribution – The Chamber invites its members to display brochures in the Chamber’s lobby/Visitor Center and Belfair Licensing at no cost. The display provides a great marketing opportunity by offering exposure to the general public (approx. 40k people/year in Belfair Licensing) and fellow Chamber members. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please mail or deliver brochures to the Chamber office.
In the LOOP – Another cost-effective advertising opportunity available to Chamber members. Display your advertisement on two big flat screen TV’s on-site in our Visitor Information Center and Belfair Licensing (serves more than 40,000 people per year). Read more about this in our Marketing Menu page.
Business Development Workshops (Coming Soon!) – These workshops are designed to give Chamber members access to tools and resources that will assist them in growing and strengthening their business. Participants will enjoy access to knowledgeable and experienced presenters as well as topics relevant to local business development.
Online Presence – Through Social Media sources and our website, we stay in front of the business community. Your membership includes a listing in our member business directory online and in our community directory (print or digital).
Chamber Website – Stay in the know with updates posted to our website about new businesses, events, new chamber members, ribbon cuttings, and other news of interest to the business community.
Membership Information Center – Sign in to your personalized business member information center to update directory information, add events to our events calendar, post job openings, and share hot deals (promotions) for your business.
Ambassador Program – Ambassadors seek opportunities to educate, promote and share the benefits of Chamber membership with the business community. Ambassadors play an essential role in member recruitment, communication and retention, assisting with meetings and annual events, as well as attending ribbon cutting ceremonies.
Committees – Committee involvement provides members with the opportunity to serve and make their voices heard on policy matters, education and in other activities presented by the Chamber. Service on a committee is one way for businesses to increase the value of their membership in the Chamber. Read more about our committees.
Monthly Chamber Luncheons – A wonderful opportunity to network with other Chamber members. These gatherings include a keynote speaker and also feature comments by the luncheon sponsor of the month.
Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies – Whether it’s a new member or an existing member moving to a new location, expanding their existing business or re-launching their product line – the Chamber is always ready to help its members celebrate their successes with ribbon cutting ceremonies.
Business After Hours and Networking Events – These events are great opportunities to gather in informal settings for growing your business by making new contacts. Chamber members tend to do business with and promote fellow Chamber members. If they don’t know you, they can’t promote your business.
