Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at noon upstairs in QFC during the school year from August through May only. Any chamber member is welcome and invited to join this committee.

Activities of the NM Chamber Education Committee include:

FALL - Job-Shadowing program for NMHS students. Students attend work with a sponsor at mutually agreed upon times/dates. Students are invited to attend the monthly Chamber membership luncheon for introductions at a TBD date.

JANUARY - Camp scholarships for Belfair/Sand Hill Elementary Schools - seek donors for 5th grade camp.

FEBRUARY - NMHS Grad Night fundraising - invite representatives to speak at chamber luncheon.

MARCH - Assist with senior presentations at NMHS.

APRIL - Select chamber scholarship winners, Dollars for Scholars program participation.

TBD - Mock interviews at NMHS.

TBD - Career Day at HMS.
