Pacific Northwest Salmon Center Cookbook

It's here! A cookbook/fundraiser for the Pacific Northwest Salmon Center!

Cooking with Wild Salmon was compiled by Anna White, a talented AmeriCorps "Links" volunteer assigned to the PNWSC. The beautiful book is filled with delicious recipes and every page includes facts on Wild Salmon and their ecosystem.

The cookbook is soft cover, spiral bound, 70 pages, and printed on heavy, glossy paper that will handle the inevitable kitchen spills.

Each book is $20.00, tax included. Shipping is $3.00.
